这样的好处是，可以多停不少车。而且不互相干扰。 比如，你车停最里面，然后，后
面又有车停后面，你前面的车，就开不出来。一定要后面的车挪开，才能开出来。
而街边开两个DRIVE WAY，就没这个问题，方便多了。 |

one-way，然后红灯我准备左转，看到右lane有一辆车停着等红灯，我就换到左lane，
换过去才发现竟然这是条路不是one-way，也就是我换到了对面车道上，更倒霉的是那
辆等红灯的车竟然是警车。。。自然让我停车ticket。然后因为正好那天前后我的保险
renew了，所以车里只有旧的insurance card，其实policy number和保险公司都是同一
个，但是车里的那份时间过期了，所以一共两个ticket，一个是"21650 drive wrong
way"，一个是“16028 没带insurance卡"。让我7月20前必须上庭。。。 没有什么经验
，想请问下：
1. 有朋友说可以先写信argue，警察如果没空写信辩驳我案子就自动撤销了？
2. 如果上庭的话什么流程？完全不知道去哪里啊
3. 确实是我的错，也不指望不罚钱了，就是希望怎么做可以不影响保险涨价呢？

而且DC去马里兰如果是从georgetown沿河走的话，有些路是按照时间算one way的，有
些时间段是one way，有些时间段就是双向车道。
所以，如果实在要开，建议开慢点，另外尽量选大道走，还有就是，一定要及时更新
gps的地图。
说罚单的事儿，你这个罚单开的不狠，你知道georgetown一张停车罚单就要100刀了，
你开进one way罚你150，真的算客气了。
你可以去聆讯，感觉你的胜算还是比较大的，但是，真心提醒一点，
150刀真的不是大问题，你的大问题是逆向开车，太危险了，
以后开车注意点，找理由容易，但是，有些错误，不给找理由的机会。

只有娱乐圈”，所以文中不涉及主流娱乐圈，只讲地下乐坛。
1. 乐队兴起
受欧美音乐影响，1964年Beatles访港演出后，香港开始陆续出现莲花、花花公子等乐
队，翻唱模仿欧美流行歌曲。70、80年代，在低廉的木吉他价格、介绍欧美音乐的期刊
《音乐一周》、和黑鸟乐队灵魂郭达年所创《吉它杂志》的推动下，香港兴起一股夹
band风潮。志趣相投的学生和年轻打工族租Band房玩音乐，在酒吧、高山剧场等处表演
。这些乐队的风格也多元化包罗万象，从progressive rock 、punk、gothic rock、重
金属、到fusion、电子流行乐应有尽有。一些比较有名的乐队如Beyond，已拥有上百名
自己的固定fans。
但香港乐坛仍处于地下非主流状态,这些乐队并未能进入公众视野，歌曲无法在电台、

早上，像往常一样，开车库门，系安全带，照照镜子，带上墨镜，发动，挂档倒车，才
几秒就嘭地一声，回头一看，drive way上停着一辆车！
赶紧下车过去看，车里没人，车子我也没见过。不一会一个陌生人从邻居房那里跑过来
，说车子是他的。我问为什么把车停在我的drive way上，他说他来找人的，看错门牌
号了。问他要保险，他说没带。我说打电话给警察，他说不必，把他的名字和电话留给
我，说晚上把保险信息给我就走了。我多长了个心眼，把现场和他的车牌都拍下来了。
我知道我有个老毛病，从车库倒车更留意车子前面，怕蹭了，但是我记得我当时也是看
了倒车镜的，怎么就会看不见老大一辆车停在那里。。。气死了。
这怎么算啊，是我的责任吗？那是我的property，他未经许可乱停车才造成车祸的。我
该跟保险公司怎么说？ |

小弟要建立一个sensor station，需要找到一个4 way的valve。
要求如下，2个口总是进口，另外两个口总是出口，加上电压以后，气体流动的路径会互
换。
不知道说清楚了没，符号表示就是，一般状态下，A－>C and B->D.加上一个电压以后变
成了A->D and B->C.
我找了很多地方，虽然有4 way的valve，但是都不是这个运作方式，希望哪位有经验的兄
弟姐妹可以给我一点建议，先多谢了！ |
