A retail management company near O'Hare airport is seeking an Accounting
Assistant. This is an entry level position. Related working experience is
preferred. New graduates are welcomed to apply. Internship options are

Job Title: Accounting Assistant
Major Duties:
1. Bookkeep daily business transactions;
2. Prepare paychecks for 40+ employees;
3. Audit timecards of all hourly employees;
4. Prepare and file payroll taxes and sales taxes;
5. Reconcile daily records with bank statements;
6. Assist professional accountant to file annual business income taxes;
7. Create financial statements at both company and store level;
8. Coordinate with managers to analyze financial data;
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree in accounting, finance or related areas;
2. Proficient with Quickbooks and related accounting software;
3. Excellent communication skills in English.
