your previous employer? If not, you might have trouble in transferring your
PD. Consulting lawyer about it.

发帖数: 117 | 6 I got my EB2 PD not based on Actuarial Analyst with my current company. Now
I am getting a change to work as Actuarial Analyst at the other company. I
was told that most actuary can only apply green card in EB3. No matter I can
transfer the PD or not, EB3 seems two years later than eb2. In such case, I
do not think I will apply for actuary position before I get my green card.

看公司，Prudential和AEGON还有几个其它公司都是给申请
EB2的，只要management和HR能统一口径说这个职位就是要
求硕士以上学历就行了
