>100k, so its hard to say.
Towers has very small amount of bonus, not sure for other companies

100%精确数据，今年年初的2例案例，一个还不到9w。换了工作以后涨了10%多一点

I've seen cases like this before, and I usually blame on the individuals for
not taking the initiative to make it right.

offer. I didn't hear back from the other one. Now I've started working for
the first company for about month. Should I just go for the other one that I
actually like. BTW, the offer is really strong.
