错了就可以dismiss。我当时是新车的临时车牌，上面确实有个过期日期。ticket上没
写。我就以这个理由dispute。这是回复。我英语差，没看懂。大家帮忙看看。。。
The respondent has been charged with violating Traffic Rule 4-08(e)(2)
prohibiting stopping, standing or parking a vehicle within fifteen feet of a
fire hydrant. Upon application of the respondent the summons is dismissed
because it does not comply with Vehicle and Traffic Law 238, in that the
summons misdescribes the vehicle’s registration expiration date. Dismissal
