部分单一起因的疾病都迟早能找到治疗方法。包括所有病毒和细菌引起的疾病。甚至艾
滋病毒都能被扛住。多起因或者损耗性的疾病是现在的主要难点。

treatment... About two thirds of people who need HIV therapy are not
receiving any treatment.
I do agree that AIDS is under control compared to 10 years ago. But that is
largely because of the effort of preventing new infections. After 26 years
of anti-HIV drug discovery, there are only six current FDA-approved drug
combinations, which consist of nine drugs all together. And there's no
effective vaccine. Under control it might be for now. But it'll still be a
challenge even to hold our ground in the battle against AIDS.
