右边那个有可能是磷酸化

不像。
mono-ubiquitination 应该是多个9kD, 他那个貌似多了差不多一倍（30kD)
如果是poly-ubiquitination 则不可能只看见一条带。
磷酸化蛋白在SDS-PAGE的位置和分子量没有严格关系的。

en. Very possible dimer.
When running SDS-PAGE, adding more DTT and heating hard might remove dimer.
If it is true, it will confirm it is a dimer.
