他如果是08年批准的，就算到08年里。

。基本上都是一两个月就批了。

2008, simple as that, I don't know if the 140k number is accurate or not,

你算的２００K是EB３I 和EB２I总和吗，如果是EB２I，怎么算都没有那么多。

那么在08, 09, 10年，三年总共批了多少的PERM呢：21092+16041+32657=69790
也就是各个国家加起来，这三年里总共有7万个PERM被批准。这包括EB2/EB3和各个国家
的总和在内。

所以实际需要差不多8万左右的名额.
看看这么多年才冲过2006,就可以知道2007需要2年以上才能消化.

所以2007的PERM起码有30000是EB2IC.这和PEING的CASE比较符合.
