比如可以看看06和07年的perm data (x). 然后06，07年的real demand (y)。 f:x->y
是怎么样的？y=2x or 1.5x or??
这样就能知道大致会有多少demand了

and won't change conclusion too much.
if someone has it it'll be nice to include, but 2007 data is the most recent
one and should be more representative of recent years.
