这是我的律师给我的说明：
"TRANSLATIONS
If the birth certificate, marriage certificate, or any other document
submitted in support of your permanent residence application is in a
language other than English, please enclose a copy of any English
translation of the document that you may have. You may translate the
document(s) yourself, but a third party (non-family member) must certify
that the translation is complete and accurate, and that s/he is a familiar
with both the foreign language and with English (see sample certification
language below).
Certification of Translation
I, ________________________, certify that I am familiar with the English and
__________________________languages, and certify that the above is a
correct and accurate translation of the following documents attached hereto.
