485 NO any information. Got information from Representatives.
It's useful or just a piece of shit
I just wanted to let you know that I spoke with a representative from the
Texas USCIS Office today and they explained to me that the green card
application for you, your wife and your daughter are beginning to be
processed and that after they go through the initial processing they will be
assigned to a USCIS Officer to make the final approval determination. So in
other words they have begun working on processing the applications but its
going to take a few weeks to finish processing them. I have been asked to
give USCIS 30 days to process the applications before I call back. You do
not need to worry any more about the cases retrogressing because once they
have officially begun processing your cases, you are no longer subject to
retrogress. I explained to them the urgency of your daughters Green Card,
and they assured me that they will process all three of your I-485's as fast
as they can. Anyway I hope that you find this helpful. Lets touch base
around the 17th or 18th of June to discuss the cases and where they are at
that point. Thanks so much.

retrogressing because once they have officially begun processing your cases,
you are no longer subject to retrogress."
这个信息基本不对。TSC可能Partially正确。他们有时候retogressing还在批。但很多
情况下不是这样的。Retrogression后一般不会批的。 |

比如等着办驾照，LP等着找工作之类的。
