样啊，比如h1b 给不给transfer，绿卡是否好办(因为听说有的公司有必须入职几年以

发帖数: 68 | 4 Xilinx现在是FPGA行业老大，gross margin最近几年都在67%以上。楼主本人是拿到绿
卡后跳槽过来的，绿卡政策不是很清楚，听说是工作一年后开始办。待遇应该是above
average,该有的都有，ESPP lock two years, RSU, bonus, 401k matching都有。发这
个帖子只是想组里有更多的华人，不想来面试的都是老印。

可惜现在公司已经启动绿卡了，跳过去还要等一年，唉，身份真是个郁闷的事情

发帖数: 14401 | 10 薪水挺不错，绿卡一年给办。平时有一点rsu ，级别中高的年年有点refresh，而且波
纳斯比例上升不少，波那斯基本都是target的120%～180%发.
espp还可以，也有点401 match.
工作节奏也轻松 |
