PO回信如下：
Your application scored well, so there is a chance it will be approved, but
it is not at the top of the funding priority list, so it will be dependent
on another round of internal approvals and available funds.
像这种回信，中的机率有多大呢？我是New Investigator，但这个RFA好像payline上没
照顾，请教各位我要不要跟PO提一下这个，照顾一下New Investigator，我应该怎么跟
他套套近乎呢？

，也可能难很多。我有个朋友RFA的grant分数排第二名，给PO打了好多电话，最后还是
没fund. 不过你这个希望还是很大的。 |

发帖数: 533 | 6 这个好像不是，应该是根据budget和排名。听说NSF的PO才有这么大权利。
