Can a good fat loss program be done with body weight exercises only? Darn ri
ght. Here are 3 reasons why...
1. Bodyweight exercises are a total body interval workout. For a great circu
it, pick 3 lower body and 3 upper body exercises. Alternate between them, do
ing 10 reps per exercise, and don't take any breaks. Rest 30 seconds at the
end of the circuit and repeat up to 5 times. That will only take 20 minutes.
