here is some of my tips:
1. good sleep
2. eat well, more fruits and veg.
3. build more muscle, so that u would not get tired that easily.
4. build stamina, by doing some long distance running, or biking
or mountain climbing(mission peak is good)
5. get massages
6. practise yoga
7. warm up before play ball sports, stretch a lot during, before and
AFTER!
8. acupuncture, it helps!
9. wear pads to protect joints!
10. take a saun |
