went to a stadium and started jogging at the 400-meter track. After running

laps, a young guy approached me and keep the same pace with me side-by-side

while I slowed down. It appears that he's challenging me. I felt I was

Last summer I was running in Aspen and caught up with an older dude. I
passed him, and he stayed behind me. Then he said, "don't slow down! that's
a good pace!" It turned out that both of us were trying to qualify for
boston marathon. He probably succeeded because he was in the older age group.

is the young guy just try to please his gf. hehe.
My plan is to keep the distance within 10K but improve the speed.
