这个是玻璃烤盘的通病么?还是说我用玻璃烤盘的时候应该把它往下挪一点,放在

也就是说如果我想要那种很脆的口感,就不要用玻璃的烤盘了?因为好几次了,只要用
玻璃的烤盘,烤出来的面包/pie的底部都是一点都不脆,面面的。
