Base+bonus: 170K
Sign-on: 80K
RSU: unknown (千分之一or？ 公司目前大概100多人，今年收入大概100million）
Relocation: up to 30K?

另外看你职位了，如果是chief architect, fellow, distinguished engineer啥的，
工资会高。如果只是sde,若干年后，都差不多了。工作十年，谁还管你啥学校毕业的。

would suffer without them. Maybe you are one of these people. Then you can
definitely get high pay. In this case, the package would be case-by-case
. Anything could happen.
For a person who works for 10 years, I think what he/she has achieved in the 10
years is much more important than where he graduated.

but you need to pay less then 5 fresh MS to get a phd

工，真的就Dilute了，就一小螺丝钉。不是每个人，都能熬到高职位的。
