Key responsibilities:
• Meet and exceed sales objectives
• Work and negotiate with vendors to get best pricing and timely
delivery
• Provide direct support to the VP with regard to sourcing
activities
• Help manager team’s open order report and followin gup with
vendors to get updated status of purchase orders.
• Seatch and source airline requested parts, get the best pricing
possible and process PO
• Learn to place PO’s and following up with vendots to get order
acknowledgment and order status
• Ensure daily ship confirm volume per quaterly goals
• Maintain relationship with existing airline purchasing department
and develop relationship with new airlines
Job requirements:
Basic knowledge of MS word and excel required; knowledge of access is a plus
Good organizational skills and be able to manage tasks with minimal
supervision
Must work with a sense of urgency and excel in a dynamic, fast-paced
business environment
