lawyers as their condition to sell their houses.
You think banks will allow the buyers to choose which title insurance to use
to protect their own investment? I think it is just irrational. Tell me you
choose title insurance for your lender. Then I can trust you for your case.

some control of the price. That said, I think it it quite hard to argue with
bank on this point.
From all the suggestions above, I think the OP has little to do about these
costs. In another word, there is no much need to worry about them.

u have normally 3 days to change the title company after applicaiton,
or boa will choose one. who might not make the decision based on price.
google state title insurance will give u acctual cost.

When I bought my house, the closing company and title insurance company were
specially designated by the seller in the contract, so I was not giving any
choice in that aspect. But it is great to know that there are special state
regulations for that, which certain is a good option for the buyer. |
