will go for. I just have some concerns on the offer contract he made with
regards to the Mortgage and inspection contingency. Do you know what should
be included in the mortgage and inspection contingency?

below. Please advise if they are good enough as the contingency.
1. Loan condition: Buyer’s performance is contingent upon buyer’s
ability to botain a Conventional loan at a fixed rate in the principal
amount of 95% for a term of 30 years, at an initial interest rate not to
exceed 4.75% per annum, with mortgage loan discount points not to exceed 1%
and with loan origination fee not to exceed 1% of the loan amount.
