share of total loan, lender B has 10%. now lender A finally approved the
short sale, but lender B approved only with condition either lender A or the
seller is going to pay $5000 according to seller's agent. So far haven't
received lender B 's approval letter. My agent told me the seller's agent is
working on it and will get it approve soon.because lender A only give me 15
