子一模一样的,叫价比我们的低差不多5万。agent说我们可以等那个房子卖出去之后降
价卖我们的。这
样的话我们就要至少take 3万的lose。
还有一个方法就是出租。等明年或者以后房市好点以后再卖。
应该怎么办?想听听大家的建议。 |

Depends on the price - if sold at my listing price, I will loss a few
thousands (the interest we paid for the years are gone of course).
If reduce price, we lost at least 30k. And that is under the assumption
that we can still sell it after the reduction.

I don't think I can predict it. My house's price on zillow increase every
week. But I can't sell it.

hold to it and rent it out will be the best. otherwise, sell it. since you
are in bay area (west bay I assuming), the market isn't that bad and the
price will move up.
