发帖数: 325 | 1 刚才去那个准备买的房子看看（not the final walkthrough），结果被我第一次看到
了房子漏水的是啥样。BASEMENT地上一滩水，屋顶墙缝里还在滴，豆大的。感觉好象是
楼上洗衣房的水管没接好或者破裂了。
那个卖主又搬走了，房子也没人照看。今年我们这里一个月下了７０－８０的雪了，所
以那些雪都堆积，快到我脖子那快了。天气一暖和，可能要FLOOD了，不管是在CLOSE（
日子是两个星期后）之前还是之后。好倒霉啊。
对于这样的情况，我们该怎嘛办呢？这嘛多的雪，最后一起化，是不是一定FLOOD呀？
欢迎任何建议！！！
我们还是想买这个房子的，等了好长时间才签的P＆S，但是看来CLOSE OR NOT又是个大
大的未知数，真烦啊。 |

ask them fixed and provide the receipt...
It may cause a big mold problems later....

( my lawyer said the bank will create more problem and the bank will not send back appraiser. but now i think he just want to close the deal) I think the bank will send the appraiser back and maybe kill the deal. |

home buyer, so not familar with this kind of issue at all. We were
interested in closing the sale, but i am just now very concerned.

the mold will grow unlimited between inside the ceiling of the basement.
Family will get sick for no reason!

你首先要查明渗水的来源。比如外面的雪堆得比你的一楼还高，那么雪水就有可能从一
些想不到的地方渗进来，因为除了发大水，夏天下雨水位永远不可能那么高。
你如果不放心，还是放手吧。
