发帖数: 2712 | 9 ING的费用差不多就是这样的。对于ING的settlement fee 要$800，没啥概念，因为以前跟ING做的loan都不是让ING settle的。
不知LZ在哪个州，对于15万的贷款来说，这个owner's title insurance不便宜。 |

发帖数: 1184 | 14 Settlement Fee $800对一个$150K的贷款而言，如果是购房贷款还算合理，如果是重新
贷款，贵了！
另外那个Owner's Title Insurance不是optional的吗？把这一项减去，如果transfer
tax再由卖方出的话，再加上$1,000的rebate，利率又好的话，是个很不错的deal。

象楼主的情况，Biweek付$327，5年后，需要一次付出大约十二万 payoff？

费用是2个payment。 楼主的情况就是$654.除了你不按时还款，我还不知道有其它情况
不给renew的。刚打了电话renew我的贷款，现在利率是2.75.我自己给自己做贷款都拿
不到这个利率。 |
