Total closing costs are $2,722 (1,516 for closing, 1,206 for prepaid
items) for a 180k loan.
Among the 800 items, there is no broker fee, processing fee, or
underwritting fee. Is this normal?

因为，如果真是做broker loan，broker是无权出GFE的，GFE要lender出。如果是
corespondent lender,他们是有权出GFE的。GFE一旦出具，800栏里的内容就不能在更
改了。
LZ在哪个州呀，title insurance够低的呀。不过，看起来这不是今年该用的标准GFE表
格呀，看起来像是itemization那张表。。。 |
