If old loan's Oct monthly payment is A (including interest B) and its payoff
day is Nov 2, how much is the payoff interest? (Assuming Oct monthly
payment has not been paid and the interest is C per day)
1) B+C
2) B+2*C
3) 32*C
4) 33*C
5) Other
