律师非要你用他那个，你问他是不是打算帮你出钱啊。

发帖数: 3523 | 5 一般来说律师都有自己用惯的title公司，不过，不会这么强硬，客人有权选择自己希
望用的title公司。
银行之所以指定title公司，应该也是用惯的，那个title公司应该会给银行一定的折扣
，这样银行可以控制整个loan的费用。 |
