I wonder if I should prepare for the possibility that the closing date could
be pushed out.

到的，您可以先让您的agent发给您看一下有没有问题，如果没有问题直接跟notary签
字就可以了。

She said it is OK if title comes in a little late. As far as there is no
lien on the title, we still can close the deal on time. The seller will give
a few thousands to my attorney, and my attorney will give the money back to
the seller when the title comes in.
Is that normal? I better check with my attorney. |
