今天收到closing的费用清单，发现律师费居然涨成了1250. 如果当初他说charge 1250
的话，我绝对不会找这个律师了。
明天close的时候，我肯定会问律师怎么回事。但是如果律师坚持收的话，请问应该向
哪里投诉这个律师？是找district attorney吗？还是当地的bar association? |

sum of kickbacks from the title company they use, some independent title
search company charges $200 for misc searches here in NY, but normally title
companies attorneys here "partner with" charge around $1000, go figure.
after all, compared with the $250 difference, imo the more important thing
is if it did other things properly, in my closing even the bank attorney
helped find some mistakes made by my attorney in closing costs |

cheated. I have already been unsatisfactory with this attorney b/c of other
things. I sent him an email to ask him why increase the charge. I won't give
up without a fight.

另算. 老外律师又烂又贪. 只有close后再投诉试试.
基本有中国人能干的是都找中国人, 老外非常不可靠. 律师/agent都不成. |

buyer agent根本没有必要。
有互联网了，大家自己多查信息，根本没必要找什么buyer agent，多支付2-3%的
commission fee。
说骗子也太严重了点，但是绝对是没有创造那么多价值。

你这个太贵了，以前谈价的时候有email 吗？ 拒绝买owner title insurance，拒绝付
款---就是你付款的时候故意少付给他钱，律师费先不要付，先close。
