it's possible that the builder's bank would give the builder some points for
bringing them business, and the builder might be willing to pass it along
to you. But it's never a good idea to just go with a single source, always
shop around. If your agent is right, then it would confirm to you that you
got a better deal with the builder's bank. If he's wrong, then you would
have saved a lot of money.

所有的closing cost了，而且，他们不会限制你房子close之后多长时间不能refinance
，所以，即使利率高一点，你也可以先跟builder的lender把loan close了，再在市场
上找一家利率低的做一个no cost refinance。

他能给7-8K的closing cost其实挺好的啊。
还有好处是他贷款可能会比用外面lender要快。在closing的时候一般不会出现什么问题
要说不好的地方可能interest rate不如一些外面的小banker好。不过拿个7-8K我觉得
比interest rate肯定好不少了
