教材是美国心脏协会AHA的BLS学生教材（BLS for healthcare providers, student
manual），目录很详细，包括成人基本CPR，儿童CPR，面罩呼吸（bag-mask technique
），双人CPR，自动除颤器AED，婴儿CPR，还有一些特殊注意的要点。非常实用。
课程开始是看录像。一位大约60岁的男士在去医院看望亲人的途中突然倒在路上，恰好
有医疗救助人员paramedics路过，发现情况就跑来询问情况。
其中先到达的一位女士伏下身拍着倒地男士的肩膀：sir, are you OK? Can you hear
me? 没有反应。
与此同时，另一位男医疗救助人员提着急救箱赶到，随着快节奏的音乐声，女士告诉男

the certificate expires, but I don't know how soon, probably one year.
It is good if you have this training, at least for your loved ones. it is
also good for your match.
There is another more professional training: ACLS, required for medical

search AHA official website, you can find how to register. also, ask your
local medical institution, they often provide this training, It is probably
free, but I am not sure.
