but the answer is B talking about nitric oxide. i don not know what's wrong
about A. anyone knows?

Maybe it is not chosen because it is not directly activated? But can NO
directly activate guanyl cyclase, or it also act though a receptor?

humoral effect, not a neuronal effect. NO activates M3 receptor leading to
activation of cGMP and subsequent vasodilation. Choice B is correct. |

pathway, which in the case of alpha-1 (through Gq) it causes
vasonconstriction... I wonder how M3 is causing vasodilation through the
same signaling path, just confused...
