我开始bouldering是因为有个朋友talk trash,说女生只能top roping不能bouldering,
因为
女生有技巧，但没有合适bouldering的muscle。 所以我发誓一定要超过他。 其实他也
就V3。。。
不过刚刚看到眼镜蛇说V3之后就需要力量了，不知道要多大的力量，怎么训练。我要求
不高，到V4，刚

V4对一般女生还是很难的（类似peahen的天才型除外）
我们这抱石墙的wall staff男女都不少，差不多每周6h抱石，很多男生抱石一年爬到V4
, 没发现任何女生一年之内爬到V4的。但是他们出去爬sport，水平就很相近。
抱石/sport时间比例差不多的情况下，抱石难度跟你差不多的男生爬sport估计大多爬

they can only hanging dog on toprope 5.11s. You only qualify 5.11
climbers when you can lead onsight most 5.11s on most climbing areas.
My friend had a bad experience hooking up online with a newbie who says he
can climb 5.10s without problem but end up shaking leading 5.8s sports.
I appreciate it when people make it clear what they actually mean by those
meaningless numbers.

发帖数: 13580 | 24 grades don't really mean a lot. I have made a few 5.11 moves on top ropes in
the gym but that is far from someone who can solid lead trad sustained
multiple pitch 5.11 routes.
Different climbing styles also vary A LOT. I have led hard 5.8 easy 5.9
friction slabs but struggle with 5.7 cracks top rope @ Tieton River.
Also, if you incorporate exposure and runout factors, that's another whole
different story. I have seen 5.10 gym climbers simple freak out on exposed
unprotectable 5.4 moves
