发帖数: 2651 | 1 Last Sunday I ran San Jose RNR 1/2 marathon in 1:50:57. Today I ran another
1/2 marathon (Primo's Run in Danville/San Ramon) for 1:54:00 (chip not
available yet). It's a great neighborhood race. Felt like running in a maze
in the neighborhood streets. There were not many HM runners, but there were
tons of people for 5K run/walk. The weather was perfect for a run. The sun
didn't even come out after I finished the race. This was the first time I did two
1/2 in a row. Looks like I can handle it. My |

confident after those two 1/2. The good thing is no injury incurred. I need
to increase my long run mileage. Yesterday my quad muscle felt so tight
after passing 10 mi mark, but my breathing was very good not like the first
1/2, which was the other way around. |

are ready.

发帖数: 2651 | 6 Sure why not. I usually don't have a pre-set goal with a race. I try to
enjoy the race as much as possible. I remember while running San Jose Rock'n
'Roll I gave high five to cheer leaders and their mascots, and wave my hands
to the bands along the way. It's a lot of fun.That's why I like B2B and RNR
type of races.
We can definitely pace with each other. I paced with my friends while he was
running SF Marathon and I was running the half. We talked along the way,
and it helped me ignore the mile
