Not exactly sure how it happened, I'm thinking maybe it's an accumulative
effect. Barefoot running advocates here would definitely disagree with
me, I think the injury may be due my preference for lightweight running
shoes. They are known to provide less support.

me for two weeks. I had to go to a running store to seek advice, and
switched from mizuno to asics. The result -- just as my PF went away, I got
shin splints. I can believe that barefoot running increases the chance of PF.

attention to it like i do to the ITBS, didn't reduce my mileage. I only
stretched it when it ached. And seems like it went away by itself after 2-3
weeks.

右脚没跑步的时候就时不时不爽
现在也还是跑到一半会有种脚板底要分裂成两半的感觉

我桌子下放一个网球,有空就按摩
还有一招是calian建议的金鸡独立,最好闭上眼睛-:)
