有些人是一犯再犯，却可以claim是mental or whatever problem非可控的，反而逃脱

herself with ear phone on, and a white guy (twice as big as her) grabed her
neck from behind, laid her down on the ground and wanted to rape her.
Somehow she was smart enough to escape, and it turned out that the guy was
her neighbor, and has been following her for a while. She moved her
appartment and is taking self defence class this semester. The guy was put
in jail now.

before you attack? I know I wouldn't although I ain't that smart.
What's the use of a law enforcement if all they do is setting a website and
ask the sex offenders to register politely? We might as well take justice in
our own hands. I guess that's one reason why guns prevail in this country,
which I don't think is the solution to problems.

gym里跑跑步机。周末集体长跑更重要了。
