。是不是户外distraction太多，不太注意自己的pace. 虽说我现在不介意跑得慢，可
是每次都在10以上有点难过。 |

2. are you sure the treadmill is set exactly flat?
3. what is the temperature/humidity of outdoors vs indoors?
4. what about hills and wind condition?
5. did you measure your heart rate, or did you simple judge your effort
level by your intuition?
Only you would know the answers, and each one of them would affect the
comparison of treadmill vs outdoor running.

跑步机上看着电视反而很悠着。
btw，我一点都不是牛的说。。。

harder on the trail/road than on a treadmill. I run on the treadmill partly
because I don't want to push too fast. When I run on the trail, I have the
tendency to push an easy run into a tempo
