finishing temperature is around 65. In the summer I did most of my training
runs in 75-85 degree range. In
Athens Olympics, the women's marathon started at 100F. Sammy Wanjiru ran the
Olympic record marathon
time in upper 80s and humid condition. According to Galloway they can forget
about it and just run for fun.

related to the weight of the runner and the speed.
i doubt any ppl who's 30lb heavier than wanjiru can run a marathon that fast
under the same condition...

已经习惯这种跑步的方式了，虽然进步缓慢，耐力仍然很差，but a lot of fun =)!
