grams of Crytomax power in 30 hours before the race. My intestines cramped
from mile 1 to mile 26...
4. Gabbage bag with empty Gatorade bottle as a mobile potty-john. Worked

真是感到可惜。 Baiji put tremendous attention to the course route, the
pace, the heart rate, etc, but seemed overlooking some of the "surrounding"
things like the schedule, the sleep, the food, ...
