good feeling for xiaolong's training because we are targeting similar
marathon pace. Which one is your big race?

I had a MP run today. Below is the workout. I was planning to have MP run
from mile 5 to 14. There is one 8:37.56 at mile 13 although I picked up a
little at mile 14. I guess this is the best MP run I had so far. But now my
MP should be 8:12:00 instead of the previous 8:24. Never thought 12 sec
differences of speed can kill a person-:) Well, 33 seconds in total have
already killed a earlier hope.

L***0 发帖数: 1283 | 7 hmm, I'm not sure what to say. women's body could work differently from men
in the marathon. Pen said that she had trouble reaching her marathon pace
in regular tempo runs, and yet on the race day she can pull off a fast pace.
I would suggest just put in the mileage and focus on running the second
half of long runs fast.

比赛中维持耐力方面,好像女生天生会更强一点:p

当然,同一个计划不一定适用于所有的人。。。
