20 when finish, even if the speed never changed.
tried MAF running and kept the speed when heart rate was MAF rate at 5 mins
of running. But, after running for 20 mins, heart rate boost up to 10 + MAF
rate, then up again gradually after 45 mins, which is about MAF + 20 heart
rate.
So which speed should I use when start running? MAF - 20 heart rate or take
an average starting at MAF - 10 and finish running at MAF + 10.. ?

My understanding is MAF training should take HR as reference, not speed.
