出租: UTC La Jolla Crossroads的一个1b/1b apartment，6月15号或者以后都可以，
价格是每个月$1260，不包括utility。目前的lease是到今年10月底。到时候如果喜欢
，可以续 lease，价格上一般会便宜一些。而且11月之后一般rent都要比旺季低不少。
Apartment比较大，接近900 sqft，在二楼朝南，有阳台，冰箱，烤箱，微波炉，洗碗
机。洗衣机和烘干机都在Apartment里面，很方便。有很多柜子，房间里有两个walk-in
closet，阳台上还有一个储藏室。停车是在underground的停车位，gated building。
整个小区设施非常好。多个游泳池，BBQ，小孩的playground和playroom，gym, spa,
racquetball court。走路几分钟就到了Noble Athetic Area，很大的运动场，图书馆
