lovely single room with private bathroom for rent, to move in August 15th or
earlier. I'm the only other person living in this condo. I'm looking for a
responsible clean, quiet person who will pay bills on time preferably a post
graduate student, visiting professor, researcher or professional. The
complex is really quiet, so I'm looking for someone respectful, tidy, no
house parties, no smoking or drug use, no pets. The room is furnished with
full size bed, chest of drawers, book shelf, TV & wireless internet
Amenities: Washer/Dryer in the unit. Dishwasher, microwave & electric stove.
Shared parking in garage. Community pool & jacuzzi outside front door of
condo. Utilities $50 per month Locaton: Towne Centre Dr. (cross road La
Village Drive) Near UCSD,shuttles & bus stops, walking distance to UTC mall,
