chinese supermarket will not be close by. you can say it is an Asian
Territory, but not for lao mo's. Linda vista is lao mo's territory, not
clairemont mesa area.

if you do not like your house, nobody else would
but, what kind of Clairmont Mesa is it? On the very edge? Even distanted
from Balboa ridge based on your description, and Chinese live there are
basically isolated from other areas. They are mostly resturuant workers.
Some students.
They go to different church, eat different food.
If you wanna rent to them, low price, high maintenance.

apartment, It's a good apartment.I just want to find roommate,not for sell
and I don need to maintainance it, as some professional worker will do it
when I call the apt manager. my place is an area which have easily access to
every place like UTC, mira mesa, as it is close to high way 805, 163, 52
which only needs 10 minute to arrive those places. so it is very convinient
for professionals and students to live. Plus, I only ask for $650 for one
people and I dont care couples to live, just $700. which is very low price
with private bath room in apt comparing with other area.
