cyberhome的估价比我的offer低6万。结论，从去年11月到今年3月房价继续猛烈下跌。
另外大家知
道为什么zillow有的房子没估价？我发觉除了我买的房子，zillow给前前后后，左左右
右的房子都估
价了。什么原因？房子不是新的

不过我看到一件有趣的事情是，Murray Frankly在Sammamish一个区的一个房子，去年
底上市listing price $665000，最近以$632000卖出去了。然后又盖了完全相同的一个
房子，还是在那个小区，这回listing price就只有$655000了。
