不过要是啥都不懂，一般人也闲麻烦，也没工夫老是盯着网络看，就委托中介了

买的话，你没有中介，直接看广告去看房，一般那个卖房的就会自动成为你的中介，不
然不给看房，除非你自己直接找owner交易，不然这个中介费不容易省下来。 |
