I hitted with wall the first time in many many years (I could not get the
ball machine, but still wanted to play some balls). What a disappointment,
it feels so unreal. At one time, I hitted 173 shots before running out of
breath and giving up, but I could not practice anything useful. Wall is good
for nothing but warm-up, and maybe losing weights.

You have anything specific? That would be very helpful.
When I play ball machines, currently i do three things
1) footwork (mainly baseline hopping, trying to develop it into a habit)
2) making shots under different conditions and different bounces
3) placing balls within a few feet of the border at different locations in
the courts
I found none of these can be done with the wall:
1) there is no footwork required.
2) balls bounce monotonically, almost the same all the time
3) Cannot see where th

Forehand 15 times: not true proven by your ben video.

You can hit cross court using both forehand and backhand (1 forehand, then
1 backhand), which will train your footwork as well.
You can hit one slice followed by one topspin to create different bounces.
I can't do it well consistently. Too hard.
You can control the location the ball lands on your side. It requires a
good half-court wall though (the wall replaces the net, ideally with
fenses on the other 3 sides). It's not the same as controling the ball
in the real situation but close.

对墙啥都可以练,但是我觉得最好的可能就是练简短的引拍和快速的回位吧
离墙近点儿打正手试试
我原来看过学校的一个特招打墙,感觉这里还是很有学问的……

我觉得对墙volley和对人的练习还是差很多的, 我和球友对练volley的时候打四五十
还是很轻松的。如果是对墙,因为是单反,只能练一侧,如果离墙一两米,一般也就十
几下手臂就酸了,我试过离墙四五米的,那个最多也就四五个,有点像swing volley。
volley的力量是身体前倾提供的,不是靠甩胳膊,对墙太近没有足够的时间准备,力量
都花在移动球拍了,太远的话球也不可能那么弹,也不好控制落点。录像里的MM估计双
打比较牛,网前球block一下就过去了。
不过ground stroke,打墙对我帮助很大,动作和timing都很有帮助。前两年冬天没球
打得时候,每周打两三次,每次两三个小时。
其实对墙还是是可以练法球的,瞄准墙上某个点发,呵呵

Cara Black (born February 17, 1979 in Harare, Zimbabwe) is a professional
female tennis player from Zimbabwe. She is one of the most succesful ever
doubles players, having won over 70 titles including womens and mixed
doubles titles in 3 of the 4 grand slams. She is the current world No. 2 in
