我现在开的车就是花$400买的86年NISSAN 300ZX，带到发动机课上把发动机修好，
就天天开了。BSO了。

我还以为你为了减重把小盘给去掉了...

Your 42 small ring was probably for time trials.
For triathlon, I'd say we should be using 39 most of the time -- since the
sustained speed in a tri is typically around 20mph, and it's much better to
be pushing a smaller ring at a higher cadence (90-100 rpm) |

骑平地，一大带小，cadence 低一些，但是相比较，费力
爬坡，以小带大，cadence高，但是省力。
前面的齿轮和后边的飞轮的比值，是重点。
理解对吧？ |

对车零件也基本不了解....我爬坡都是打到最慢档的，就差下来

我们26.3和13.1迈的就只有走的份了。
想到我要比你多运20多磅上坡顶，心里就不平衡啊。

cassettes.
Will have ride on IM bike course on first week of May and play with the
