还没有报告成绩的运动员抓紧时间

bench press, 135 * 7 or 150 * 2, 3Rm estimated 145.
left arm/shoulder is weaker than right, kind of hard to balance/stablize with free weight. on chest press machine, 1RM = 190, getting closer to 200 lbs.
tried one-arm push up, turned out that right hand 3 reps, left hand, 0 reps
full squat, 165*3. still learning correct form and exploring and see how body
reacts.
deadlift, 205*3, 245 * 1. not focusing on this at all, only measure it once
in a while. seems that still have some room for more...

just found out 3RM is about 90% of 1RM from hhxk's training log
135*7 -> 162 1RM -> 146 (145) 3RM
1RM calculator is here

so next time i will try 145 rather than 150.
by the way, what the weight for 10RM if i could do 7RM = 135?
or calcutor to do xRM conversion to yRM?

那照这么说我应该能推起127lbs?可是我试了下,125lbs就是起不来。:(
估计是缺乏训练。要不我已经可以说我能推起自己体重了。

may comes with a 5 lbs error margin.
bench press is very sensitive, you would think 5-10 lbs is not much, but
when you add to a weight you normally press, it feels a lot when you do max
range free weight.
especially if you lower the bar to chest level...

then find 5RM,10RM,15RM here:

actually the following calculator has it all

the table in the bottom has nRM estimate as of % of 1RM
by the way, by adjusting a little bit upper body position, now can do 1-arm
push up both hands now...
